I am 14 and have done public speaking before. When I was in the 7th grade I realized my fear-I had to read poems in front of
my english class as soon as I got up there I started shaking I was so scared. Now in the 9th grade and starting high school. I know I need help- I had to do one speaking think at the beggining of the year
but I didnt do much talking my partners did, I was busy shaking and freaking out. I even start shaking when I read out loud so I cross my legs and arms and hope no one notices. I know I need help but when I
try to talk to my mom she tells me theres nothing I can do, and my doctor doesnt understand either. I know theres got to be a class or something. if any one can help me please e-mail me. |
